My love language is Touch and I’m a big fan of aiding in the production of these three neurochemical systems in the brain: cortisol, oxytocin and opioid system.

If you crave hands on adjustments to help assist you a little deeper into our more restorative shapes, or you’re interested in learning the language of receiving I feel this might be the workshop for you.
So if you’re into hands on adjustments come join the love fest. We will be rolling around on the floor, focusing on breath, while we give ya a cozy cuddle.
