SoHo Yoga is founded on the principles of
physical, mental, and spiritual self discovery.
It is our philosophy that yogis of all levels should be able to experience everything that yoga has to offer and at SoHo Yoga, you can. We offer a variety of classes, both heated and non-heated that fit into any schedule. Our instructors are educated to layer their class, making it accessible for new yogis, while challenging even those with years of experience.
