Embrace the Harmony of Stillness and Motion
Step into a sanctuary of balance with our Yin n' Flow class, where the gentle embrace of Yin yoga meets the dynamic rhythm of flowing movement. We hold postures, usually 3 to 5 minutes—giving your deep self (including fascia, ligaments, and joints) some much-needed TLC. Instead of rushing from pose to pose, we invite you to pause, breathe, and just be. It’s part stretch, part stillness, part cozy nap for your nervous system—a peaceful little journey inward, with plenty of time to sigh, soften, and hopefully truly let go. Our entire intention is to surrender to the moment as you cultivate awareness of your inner landscape.
Come enjoy the healing power of relaxing sounds and explore deep meditation. Sink into a restorative style meditation led with various sound healing instruments including sound bowls and gongs.

In Sovereign Love: A workshop on Healing Relationships by Reclaiming the Masculine and Feminine Within, author Dené Logan helps us understand how to integrate the masculine and feminine energetics within so we can move away from the codependent, transactional views of what relationships “should” be, toward an interdependent, mutually balanced state where both partners are present, self-aware, and strong in Self.
Combining her personal revelations as a couples therapist with a modernized perspective on liberating, non-patriarchal relationship models, Logan offers a deep yet approachable guide to greater self-awareness of what has shaped us—and how we can develop balanced, conscious, and loving relationships.
The first hour will be in the heated room with a flow led by Dene and then the rest of the workshop will be upstairs in the non heated space.

Bionic Breathwork is a transformative 75-minute breathwork class that invites you to embark on a journey of self-discovery, deep healing, and revitalization. In this immersive experience, you will harness the power of your breath to unlock a deeper connection with yourself, heal past traumas and find inner peace.
Results: Results backed by neuro-science. Most participants experience transformative results in their first session.
What to Expect:Throughout the session, you will explore various breathwork techniques, such as diaphragmatic breathing, conscious connected circular breathing, and short breath holds. These techniques result in your frontal cortex taking a "nap" which allows you to float into
non-ordinary states of consciousness. These altered brainwave states (Theta, Delta and even Gamma) can promote self- awareness, introspection, insight, mysticism, and deep healing.
Emotional Release: As you delve deeper into your breath, you may encounter emotions, memories, or stress that has been stored within your body. The class provides a safe and supportive space for emotional release and catharsis, allowing you to let go of what no longer serves you.
Energetic Alignment: By working with your breath, you will also tap into your body's energy centers, or chakras. This practice can lead to a sense of balance, alignment, and increased vitality and deeper connection to source energy.
Stress Reduction: Release built-up stress and tension, promoting emotional well-being.
Increased Awareness: Develop a greater connection to your body and emotions.
Enhanced Focus: Improve concentration and mental clarity and creativity.
Inner Peace: Access a profound sense of inner calm and serenity.

Come shake off the holiday season with a sweet, sweaty flow and nourish your heart with song.
Bhakti yoga is known as a devotional practice, sometimes referred to as “yoga of the heart." We’ll use movement, sound and storytelling to drop into the heart, and (hopefully!) begin 2025 with a felt sense of embodiment and belonging. We’ll chant a bit (don’t worry about the sound of your voice! It’s perfect!), breathe and move in community. You'll hear the story behind Hanumanasana (Hanuman's pose, aka the splits), and I'll pepper in a few surprises, too.
The theme of this workshop is as literal as you want it to be.The intention is for you to have the time and space to explore any places in your inner or outer world where you could use a compassionate, loving witness, and where you could use a loving nudge forward- or a big ol' SHOVE. We'll put the question out there, and watch as the answer evolves over time: in the context of this moment, would it mean for you to ‘take the leap?’
You don't need anything except your usual yoga gear. See you on the mat!
Come enjoy the healing power of relaxing sounds and explore deep meditation. Sink into a restorative style meditation led with various sound healing instruments including sound bowls and gongs.
Some people love them, some people run the opposite way. No matter where you fall in how you feel about going upside down, this workshop will give you tools to do so with more courage and confidence, as well as strengthen your efficiency and safety skills.
In this workshop, we’ll break down many of the fundamental pieces that help us go upside down.
We’ll address fear, but we’ll also spend lots of time prepping our wrists, shoulders, hips, hamstrings, and CORE to help support us in different inversions and arm balances.
We’ll dive into the differences between inversions and arm balances, and we’ll have the opportunity to play with several options and variations.
ALL levels welcome: whether you’re brand new to hanging out like a bat and are a little hesitant - or you’re a pro at balancing on your hands and are looking for new variations and fine-tuning, this workshop will leave you with new ideas, tools, and awareness to take with you into your practice.

I wanna celebrate life.
Don’t you?
I’ve been feeling the weight of being a human being and all of the implications of attempting to do it right. This year when my birthday rolled around I wanted to spend it thrashing around. I wanted have a dance party, which is no surprise, because that’s what I want to do every year.
However, I’m currently in the middle of a lupus flare up and my spine says “No Thanks.”
So here I am on a Tuesday evening on 10/3/24 writing up the description of a memory I want to create in the future.
I think they call this manifesting.
Do you wanna come manifest with me?
Wiggle some feelings out?
Giggle a whole lot?
Have some silly sexy fun?
I need to thump my heart, head and body to some beats.
I’d love to do that with you by my side.
I’m 100% certain this might require some glow in the dark body paint, a little 30min yoga warm up a 45min dance party followed by a cool down.
An organized flow dance party.
Doesn’t that sound magically weird?
Like something you might want to do on Nov 9th
7pm?
You have to wear socks (and also other clothes, don’t come naked, we’re not there yet) and bring a journal.
Thats the only way to party, with warm feet and words on paper.
No we’re not dressing up as the GLOW cast that will be a different workshop.
