Whether sober, in recovery, curious about a lifestyle change, or wanting to support those close to you, we welcome all into an inclusive journey of both physical shape-shifting and breathing practices… the intention to connect. You will be guided by Tracy Boyt through a light flow designed to open up the Muladhara, or root Chakra, connecting to senses of stability and all knowing. At the base of the Chakras, the energy will rise up (as we do in all our life’s experiences) by an immersive breathwork experience led by Ashley Lawlor. This guided breathwork practice will encourage you to release stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and expand into deeper presence.
We invite you to come curious and willing to foster healing and healthier habits by opening up to the senses of self-awareness.

“I’ve known Jeri for over a decade now and when I say this magical fairy godmother continues to leave me in wonderment, I’m playing it coy.

If you hold any curiosity of playfulness, an open mind and a thirst for adventure. Join Jeri for a whimsical journey into the enchanted world of Tarot.
This 2 hour course will guide us thru the 22 major arcana’s. teach us how to implement Tarot into our daily life to enhance our experience on earth. “

In Sovereign Love: A workshop on Healing Relationships by Reclaiming the Masculine and Feminine Within, author Dené Logan helps us understand how to integrate the masculine and feminine energetics within so we can move away from the codependent, transactional views of what relationships “should” be, toward an interdependent, mutually balanced state where both partners are present, self-aware, and strong in Self.
Combining her personal revelations as a couples therapist with a modernized perspective on liberating, non-patriarchal relationship models, Logan offers a deep yet approachable guide to greater self-awareness of what has shaped us—and how we can develop balanced, conscious, and loving relationships.
The first hour will be in the heated room with a flow led by Dene and then the rest of the workshop will be upstairs in the non heated space.

Embrace the Harmony of Stillness and Motion
Step into a sanctuary of balance with our Yin n' Flow class, where the gentle embrace of Yin yoga meets the dynamic rhythm of flowing movement. We hold postures, usually 3 to 5 minutes—giving your deep self (including fascia, ligaments, and joints) some much-needed TLC. Instead of rushing from pose to pose, we invite you to pause, breathe, and just be. It’s part stretch, part stillness, part cozy nap for your nervous system—a peaceful little journey inward, with plenty of time to sigh, soften, and hopefully truly let go. Our entire intention is to surrender to the moment as you cultivate awareness of your inner landscape.
