In this workshop, we’ll use movement, meditation and rest to honor some of the ways grief shows up in our lives. You can expect a mix of fire and softness, a way of meeting ourselves in the multitudes of whatever it is we're holding.
Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, experiencing a death, loss or transition in the non literal sense, or simply want a place to process any hard-to-hold emotions, all of it is welcome here. In short, no one will be checking your “grief card” at the door. If you feel called to join, this is meant for you.
“When nothing softens the grief, may grief soften me.” -Andrea Gibson
