Source isn't somewhere else. It's what we find as we release what keeps us from presence, truth and love. Across eight workshops, we'll move through eight embodied invitations: Be Here, Know Self, Feel Fully, Let Go, Live Truth, See God, Serve All and Be Love. Each session draws from multiple yogic lineages, weaving movement, breath, sound, stillness and devotion into a journey from separation toward union.

Who are you beneath your roles, stories, and conditioning? Through movement, breath, mantra, and meditation, we'll quiet the outside noise, strengthen our inner knowing, and reconnect with the deeper Self. There's no one new to become—only someone to remember.

Gate Three: Feel Fully

So often, we resist difficult emotions and cling to pleasant ones. Through movement, breath, sound, and stillness, we'll soften the defenses that keep us from experiencing life as it is and create space for feeling to move without overwhelming us. Freedom isn't feeling good all the time—it's being willing to feel fully.

Gate Four: Let Go

Letting go isn't something we can force. Through movement, breath, mantra, and deep rest, we'll create the space to loosen our grip on what we're carrying—old stories, stored emotions, expectations, and control. Surrender isn't giving up; it's making room for life to move through us.

Truth is more than something we speak; it's something we live. We'll weave movement, breath, mantra, and meditation to listen beneath the noise, connect inner knowing with courageous expression, and bring our choices into greater alignment. The invitation is to let what you know inside become how you live outside.

What if the sacred isn't somewhere above us, but within us and all around us? Through heart-opening movement, breath, mantra, and meditation, we'll soften judgment, look beyond appearances, and practice recognizing the divine in ourselves, one another, and ordinary life. Whatever name you give it, come practice seeing God everywhere.

What we awaken in practice isn't meant to end with us. Through movement, breath, devotion, and meditation, we'll connect compassion to action and explore how to give from fullness without abandoning ourselves. Service isn't self-erasure or rescue. It's love made useful.

What if love isn't something to find, earn, or even do—but what we are beneath everything else? In this culminating practice, we'll weave movement, breath, mantra, meditation, music, and devotion to integrate the full journey and dissolve the distance between self and Source.
