50 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training

October 21 - November 8, 2026

Deep dive into the delicious practice of Yin yoga. Over three and a half weeks together, we'll go over the asanas that make up this practice along with techniques to cue into the postures verbally, and physically adjust with your hands and/or props. We'll cover the philosophy, history, and anatomy behind the practice, and you'll leave knowing how to teach your own yin classes.

This training is for all body types and no teaching experience is required. Upon completion, you'll have the opportunity to lead yin community classes at SoHo, and your certification can be used as CEU with Yoga Alliance and other organizations.

I absolutely loved Yin TT! I looked forward to it and loved every second with Mar, who is an outstanding, warm and generous human and super knowledgable teacher! Going through the training helped me grow both as a yogi and a person. HIGHLY recommend.

I completed the SoHo 50hr Yin TT with Mar in the fall of 2025, and it truly was special. I’d just finished my 200hr YTT, which didn’t have much time to focus on yin, so this was the perfect complement — it completely altered both my teaching style and my own practice as a student. Mar is THE BEST instructor for this style of training. She’s experienced in both yin and yang styles, deeply passionate about yin, and she makes all-day training sessions fun. She helped our group build a true community while learning in unique, intensive ways. I highly recommend this training to anyone who teaches vinyasa and wants to learn yin, or anyone who wants to explore this slower, softer side of the practice. It has changed how I move both on and off the mat.
