1. ARRIVE EARLY
Connect with your teacher before class and take a moment to b r e a t h e.
We know life happens, so we have a five minute late policy to protect you and your yoga guide.
2. WATER, YES!
Water, a mat, and your beautiful self are the only things you will need for class.
Cellphones, food, gum, and shoes can be kept outside of the studio.
Pssst! We recommend giving yourself a few hours to digest before class.
3. BE PRESENT
Practice with the class as we are all on this journey together!
But honor your body and take breaks when needed.
And please stay for the whole class, including the end, to return
your body back to synch. Of course life happens, just let you teacher know
if you'll be leaving early.
